The Complete List of Dog Friendly Finger Lakes Restaurants
One of the challenges with traveling with your dog is finding restaurants where your dog can come with you. Luckily, the Finger Lakes Region has a ton of different dog friendly restaurant options all over! When I was planning our dog friendly Finger Lakes vacation, I made sure I found a few restaurants in every city we were visiting. This post is that list of dog friendly Finger Lakes restaurants all compiled for you!
I’ve organized this post by city, so that you can jump ahead to whatever city you are going to for easy access. You’ll also find an interactive map with all the restaurants listed at the end of the post. I hope this helps you find plenty to eat on your Finger Lakes adventure!
Note: Always make sure to confirm with the restaurant that they are dog friendly. Policies change!
Corning Dog Friendly Restaurants
Popleton Bakery and Cafe – Serving crepes, paninis, espresso, and bubble tea. There are a few outdoor tables to enjoy your order with your dog.
Little Boomer’s Burrito Bar – Build your own burrito and also offer alcoholic drinks. We really enjoyed this place for a quick meal. They have a small patio.
Atlas Brick Oven Pizzeria – Great pizza joint for carry-out to take to the square to eat. They have two outdoor tables as well.
Old World Cafe – a great place for soup, sandwiches, ice cream, and old-fashioned soda and candy. It is located right next to the square so it’s a perfect spot for take-out for lunch or a mid-day dessert.
Market Street Brewing Co and Restaurant – Great place for drinks and American pub-style dinner. The patio is dog friendly.
Dippity Do Dahs – homemade ice cream and cookie sandwiches. They have a few outdoor tables, but you will need to order inside without your dog.
Geneva Dog Friendly Restaurants
Club 86 Bagels and Cakes – Patio is dog friendly. An assortment of breakfast options like breakfast sandwhiches, acai bowls, smoothies, and a formal breakfast and lunch menu.
Monaco’s Coffee – a great local coffee shop near the Pultney Park row houses. No outdoor seating and you will have to order inside for carry-out. They offer locally sourced eggs for breakfast sandwiches, local bakery bagels, and avocado toasts.
FLX Fry Bird – We loved Fry Bird! The chicken sandwhiches are unique and tasty. They also have wine slushies. The outdoor patio is small, but dog friendly.
Kindred Fare – Farm to table style restaurant with housemade bread. Known for their cocktails, cider, and eclectic seasonal dishes. Their outdoor patio is dog friendly.
Dana’s Time-out – Popular sports bar serving burgers and fries. Very dog friendly atmosphere and a nice small outdoor patio.
Twisted Rail Brewing Company – Located in an old theater building. A great selection of beers on tap and highly rated bar food. Outdoor tables at the front are dog friendly.
Brewery Ardennes – Lovely spot for Belgium style food and brews. The outdoor space is beautful and dog friendly.
Geneva Gelato – Cute cafe serving gelato and coffee. There are a few outdoor tables, but you will have to order inside.
Border City Cone N Grill (Drive Thru) – A nice drive-thru for burgers and ice cream. Serves hard and soft ice cream, as well as shakes, sundaes, and floats.
Penn Yan Dog Friendly Restaurants
Silverbird Woodfired – Enjoy an array of dishes including pizza, seafood, burgers, and steak on their covered porch patio.
The Olney Place – Cute sandwich shop with beers to compliment your sandwich as you enjoy the view of Keuka Lake.
Seneca Stag Brewing – Dogs allowed inside and outside on the large lawn. Enjoy a flight of beers, sandwiches, and beer cheese pretzels.
Outlet 111 – Offering build-your-own charcuterie boards and small plates on a seasonal canal-side patio.
Laurentide Beer Company – Food can be ordered from True Roots Kitchen and be enjoyed outside at the beer company’s expansive park-like outdoor space.
Keuka Restaurant – Highly rated American restaurant serving steaks, seafood, and pasta. Their small outdoor patio is dog friendly.
Seneca Farms Drive Thru – Nostoligic 1950s diner serving fried chicken, ice cream, and custard. They have an outdoor space and a drive-thru.
Spotted Duck Creamery – Homemade ice cream using duck eggs. Large outdoor seating area with a view of the ducks!
Seneca Falls Dog Friendly Restaurants
Cafe 19 – Cute cafe for breakfast or lunch. Also has pastries, cakes, and pies for sale. Patio is dog friendly.
Parker’s Grille & Tap House – Huge selection of beers, sandwiches, and bar food fare. Outdoor patio is dog friendly.
Wolffy’s Grill and Marina – Restaurant on the water. Offers a variety of sandwiches and fish and chips. Outdoor patio is dog friendly.
84 Fall – Finer dining with small plates, salads, and a variety of entrees., Outdoor seating is dog friendly. Reservations recommended.
Fall Street Brewing – Laid-back brewery serving lagers, ales, kombucha, espresso, and small plates. Dog friendly inside!
Watkins Glen Dog Friendly Restaurants
Blue Pointe Grill – outdoor patio dining at the Harbor Hotel. Offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The patio is dog friendly.
Tobey’s Donut Shop – a great spot for donuts, baked goods, and breakfast sandwiches. Outdoor tables are dog friendly.
Glen Mountain Market Bakery & Deli – offers good coffee, breakfast pastries, and sandwiches. They have a couple of outdoor tables.
Village Marina Bar and Grill – A popular dog friendly restaurant on the water! Outdoor deck overlooking the marina is dog friendly. The menu offers wings, burgers, and sandwiches.
Seneca Harbor Station – Another popular restaurant on the water in a historic 1876 train station serving a variety of salads, burgers, and a selection of seafood choices. The patio is dog friendly.
Nickel’s Pit BBQ – Very welcoming to dogs. Delicious bbq fare and local craft beer. Popular restaurant so expect long wait times.
Seneca Cheese Company – Very cute patio with plenty of seats. Light fare and appetizers with a great selection of wine. We really enjoyed relaxing here with Kirby after our hike!
World’s Smallest Diner – Fun little spot for a quick chili dog on the go. Cash only.
El Rancho Mexican Restaurant – Has a few outdoor tables that are dog friendly. Great Mexican food with large portions.
Glen Dairy Bar – Wonderful ice cream spot with walk-up windows and an impressive menu of soft serve, hard ice cream, and frozen yogurt. They have outdoor tables and a “doggie dish” you can order!
The Great Escape Ice Cream Parlor – Another great spot for custard, gelato, and hard ice cream in a vintage parlor with an outdoor patio.
